✨ A 7-minute grace period is provided.

✨ Arrivals after 7 minutes will require rescheduling.

✨ No-call, no-show appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings.

WAXING & SUGARING POLICIES

✨ Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in, restroom use, and any required forms.

✨ Arrive with clean skin that is free of lotions, oils, deodorants, and fragrances on the treatment area.

✨ Hair should be at least 1/4 inch long for best results.

✨ Please disclose any medications, skin conditions, allergies, pregnancy, or recent cosmetic treatments before your appointment.

✨ Clients using certain acne medications or products that increase skin sensitivity may not be eligible for waxing services.

✨ Redness and sensitivity after hair removal are normal and temporary.

✨ Avoid tanning, excessive heat, exfoliation, and active skincare products for 24-48 hours after your service.

✨ Aftercare instructions will be provided and should be followed for the best results.

✨ Sugaring services are coming soon.
